One of only three coaches to win a Super Bowl and college football national championship, Pete Carroll is in his 11th year as head coach and executive vice president of the NFL’s Seattle Seahawks. His brand of inclusive leadership, coupled with his ability to create an “atmosphere of understanding” within teams, has made him one of the most recognizable and respected figures in modern sports.
Pete Carroll launched Amplify Voices in response to the voices of his players, from whom he has gained a deeper understanding perspective of the world. He hopes this acquired knowledge, the place of compassion from which he leads and learns, will anchor the work of Amplify Voices to create positive change.

The posters offer fans an exclusive limited-edition keepsake featuring designs by Ames Bros, and other local artists. The series includes eight 18'x24' Regular and Premium Edition Posters, and one Play Off Game Poster in Regular and Premium Editions. Each poster features unique artwork depicting the team's 2019 season home game and play off matchups, against opposing teams. All proceeds from poster sales benefit The Creative Advantage Foundation, which helps provide high quality arts education equitably across the Seattle School district.
